Welcome to Quantum Arena (“we,” “our,” “us”). By registering, accessing, or using our application (“App”), you (“User”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • Users must be 13 years or older (or the legal age as per local law).
  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. User Account

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and login credentials.
  • Quantum Arena is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
  • Multiple accounts by the same individual may result in suspension.

3. Services Provided

  • View and participate in skill-based tournaments.
  • Access real-time banners, notifications, and updates.
  • Use the ticketing system for support queries.

4. Fair Play Policy

  • Users must provide genuine details (e.g., game ID).
  • Use of cheats, hacks, or unfair practices is strictly prohibited.
  • Any violation may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Tournament entry fees (if applicable) must be paid using our secure payment gateway.
  • Refunds are only processed in cases of technical errors or event cancellation.
  • Payouts  will be credited only to the verified user accounts.

6. Content & Notifications

  • Banners, announcements, and tournament details are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Users agree to receive in-app notifications, promotional updates, and alerts related to tournaments.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Misuse or disrupt the platform.
  • Share harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
  • Impersonate another user or provide false details.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Quantum Arena is not responsible for network failures, technical glitches, or third-party service issues.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to tournaments or services.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, and content belong to Quantum Arena.
  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

10. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Users may deactivate their account by contacting support.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India.
  • Users agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or the competent courts in [Etawah,Uttar Pradesh].

12. Updates to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  • Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance
